I had a warm welcome, very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Booked quadruple room with central heating, an electronic key card and a multi-channel television. The breakfast in the morning was great and complete with beverages and a nice view, for instance: D

The hotel's location near the train station made it super convenient for our family's adventure! We loved visiting the nearby zoo, which has over 850 animal species spread across 25 hectares-my kids had a blast exploring! The breakfast was also fantastic, really catering to everyone's tastes.
In my wife's opinion, more luggage storage would be great for families.
